Operator Ads is the trade name under which GoriloTeam OÜ provides Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads campaign management services.

What data is processed

• What you enter in the form: your first name, email, website, and your answers about your business and your campaigns, plus the channel you came from (for example, Instagram, TikTok, or this website).
• What is exchanged by email.
• Technical visit data: the hosting provider logs your IP address, browser, and access date in its server logs for security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing your request, contacting you and, if it’s a fit, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping the website secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form data is required to review your request: without it, your request can’t be assessed and you can’t be contacted.

Your data is not used to send you advertising, is never sold, and is not used for automated decision-making about you.

How long it is kept

If no working relationship follows, your data is deleted 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as legal and tax obligations require. Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider.

Who else has access

Your data is never sold or shared with other companies for their own purposes. Only these providers have access to it, and they process it on behalf of GoriloTeam OÜ and under contract:

• Tally (Belgium): the form.
• Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting.
• Google (Google Workspace): email.

When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of processing, objection, and portability where applicable. Write to info@operator-ads.com; you’ll get a reply within the time limits set by the GDPR, usually within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or with the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking tools. The form opens on Tally (tally.so), which also applies its own privacy policy.
